  2. Lovely butterfly, but if anyone from Penny Black is reading this, you really should find a better way to display your stencils. When I followed the link included in this post to look at the stencil, I could barely make out that it was even there. I sure could not make out the design as well as I would want to see it before purchasing. Wouldn’t it be just as easy to photograph each stencil on a dark background rather than a white one? My husband is a business consultant and always tells me that the first rule of business for any company should be: “Make it easy for people to do business with you.” If people could see all the detail in the design of your stencils I would think it would be easier for them to make a decision to purchase. There are so many stamp companies out there these days and with so much competition, I would think all of you would be striving to make it easy for your customers to do business with you.

    • I must say, I agree with Diane’s comment above. A simple change on Penny Black’s part would definitely make the stencils easier to see and more likely to be purchased as a result. PB is excellent about listening to their customers concerns and suggestions, so I know someone from PB is reading/listening.
